Holiday apartments near the beach with their own balcony, near the Velebit nature reserve, with a boat mooring available

This house with four holiday apartments for two to six people is located in the little village of Cesarica, which lies between the sea and the mountains in the Velebit nature reserve. The climate in this region is ideal for guests with respiratory complaints. The house is 200 metres from the sea, in a cul-de-sac with virtually no traffic, where children can play badminton and football. The owners live in a separate part of the house.

Each apartment has a separate entrance, satellite TV, Internet access and air conditioning in the living room.

Each apartment has its own furnished terrace. All guests can make use of an outdoor shower, a swing, a brick-built barbecue and a roofed seating area with a table and benches in the park-like garden. Here you can enjoy your grilled fish and make contact with the other guests. Free parking spaces are available.

The owner can take you by boat to the beautiful beaches on the island of Pag, where you can enjoy an undisturbed day on the beach. For guests who have their own boat, the owner can provide a mooring by the beach or in a sheltered nearby harbour. Bicycles are available for use.

It is 200 metres to the beach as the crow flies. The way there is free of traffic and therefore also safe for children. The concrete beach is ideal for swimming and fishing. This beach has a small natural pool that children can splash around in. There are also beautiful pebbled beaches in a pretty bay near the house, which are also suitable for children. You can walk to the bakery 600 metres away. It is 1000 metres to the nearest market and restaurant. Other services and amenities such as a pharmacy, emergency medical services, a bank, post office, tourist information and petrol station are within six kilometres by car. The nearest fish market is in Karlobag six kilometres away, but the fishermen often offer fresh fish for sale directly from their boats. It is ten kilometres to the ferry to the island of Pag. Within 50 to 100 kilometres there are the three nature reserves of Velebit, Plitvice Lakes and Paklenica.

Studio for two people with a balcony

The 24m² studio is on the first floor and is suitable for two people. It has a separate bathroom with a shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. The living room has a sofa bed (140 x 200cm), satellite TV, a wardrobe and a cooking space for preparing simple meals, equipped with a hob, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine and a kettle. You can have breakfast and other meals at the counter with two bar stools.

The studio has a roofed, furnished balcony where you can relax.
