Modern apartment on the third floor with beautiful sea views

Close by there are two reserved swimming zones, plus bus access to all the major sandy beaches in Malta, such as, Mellieha Bay, Armier Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay and Ghajn Tuffieha. Step a few meters outside the apartment and you will come across the beautiful countryside – great for walks and picnics! Additionally, the peaceful promenade of St Paul’s Bay runs right outside the apartment so you can take a nice relaxing walk and perhaps stop for a tasty ice-cream on the waterfront.

This spacious, 100m² apartment is on the third floor. It consists of a spacious living and dining room with an integrated open kitchen, three bedrooms and two very modern bathrooms. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a digital flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a dining table with eight chairs. The built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with the latest appliances, including a four-zone gas hob with a cooker hood, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. The three bedrooms are furnished with single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be joined together as a double beds. All three have bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into an additional bed. The bathrooms have a modern shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. A coffee machine, a hairdryer, a DVD player, a cot and a highchair can be provided on request. Towels and bed linen are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.

The dining room has a window offering amazing views of the sea. The apartment has a large back terrace with garden furniture and bbq. This back terrace measures 39 square metres.

This brand new, modern, 3rd floor apartment is fully equipped and furnished. It has three bedrooms + Extra Sleeping area, spacious kitchen/living/dining room with a amazing window overlooking the sea. At the main entrance of the apartment block there are 2 small steps leading up to the elevator inside which will take you to all floors.
