Modern Seaside Apartment in Sliema with 3 terraces

The neighborhood is peppered with mini boutiques, spas, traditional houses in historical streets showing British influence alongside Italian restaurants, English schools, beach clubs, diving schools and ice cream shops all near us. The seafront is 2 streets away, 3 minutes on foot. You can enjoy walking, cycling or hire a jetski and fly by!

Comprising of 3 terraces, 2 lovely bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen, this holiday apartment sleeps 4. It is fully air conditioned and beautifully designer finished. The property is licensed by the Malta tourism Authority.

Fantastic entertainment area incl. sunbathing area and BBQ area: a 6 meter long barbeque terrace lies on the front part of the property with a door leading into the main living room that resembles a captain’s deck. 2 more terraces are located at the front of the apartment overlooking the street.

The apartment is only 2 minutes away from the seafront,

A steady stream of buses flows all the time from the bus stop near the property, in fact when you exit the property you take a right turn and a left turn and you’re on the seafront next to the best Pizzeria in Sliema, Vecchia Napoli! If that’s not yet good enough another of Sliema’s favourite house hold names lies just next door, Sweet sins or Dolce Peccati Gelateria as the name goes. A number of well known restaurants, spas and hotels also populate this touristic and commercial area offering numerous entertainment places.
