Marsascala Sea View Luxury 2 Bed Apartment 5 Mins Away From Beach!

This apartment is in a block of 9 apartments only. This 4th floor luxury apartment (served with lift) is finished to the highest standards and includes everything you need to make your vacation in Malta a special one. Although the apartment is located in a quiet residential area, it is only a few minutes away by walk from the promenade of Marsascala where you will find a good selection of bars and restaurants, a park for the kids, gelateria, pharmacy, bank, stationary and convenient food store etc.

The apartment is spacious and has an area of over 120 square metres giving you ample comfortable space for you and your family. Layout is in the form of an open plan kitchen/ living with air condition leading onto a front terrace including outdoor furniture, BBQ and enjoying Mediterranean sea views. Main bedroom equipped with King bed, air condition and also with en-suite, Spare bedroom with also a king bed and a Main Bathroom with shower. This property is fully equipped with all needs such as bath towels, bed linen, washing machine, Led TV's etc.. and also has a free wi-fi access throughout the property. Other amenities include a hair dryer in each bedroom, USB and universal sockets, a 32-inch LED TV with IPTV (all world channels) only in the master bedroom, a Moka coffee machine and a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, as well as a 50-inch one -SMART LED TV with 90 Melita channels, washing machine (including detergent), drying area (on the rear balcony), iron / ironing board, first aid / safety equipment and a room safe.

Outdoor area is equipped by outdoor furniture, BBQ while enjoying the Mediterranean sea views.

The use of air conditions are also included in the rental rates, however use of electricity is included at a maximum of 3 euros per night.. This would normally suffice for any stay and only in exceptional circumstances there was a need to top up. Any extra units will be charged at 20 cents per unit utilising an automated electricity meter (by inserting coins).

A deposit is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.

It is 5 mins away by walk from rocky beaches and also to St Thomas Bay.The unique St Peters Pool can be reached in 10 mins by car while Malta International Airport is 15 mins by car. Free public parking spaces are available near the apartment.

The recently opened Sant Antnin Family Fun Park in Marsascala is 20 minute walk away and features a 5 aside football pitch, play ground for ages 2-12 and much more..

The bus stop is 3 minutes walk away from the apartment and runs regularly every 20 minutes to capital city Valletta. From here you can get other buses to other areas of Malta.
