Spacious holiday apartment on the second floor, with a grill area on the private sunny balcony

The 90m² holiday apartment on the second floor consists of a light living and dining room with an integrated open kitchen, three bedrooms and two light bathrooms. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a digital TV with a satellite receiver and a round dining table with six chairs. The white built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with the latest appliances, including a four-zone electric hob with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, kettle, toaster and even a washing machine. Of the three bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), two each with two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be joined together as double beds. All the bedrooms have bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional bed for a seventh person. The bathrooms are fitted with a modern shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. A coffee machine, a hairdryer, a DVD player, a cot and a highchair can be provided. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.

Large glass doors in the living room open directly onto your 7.5m² sunny balcony with a grill, a table and chairs. Whilst barbecuing, you can enjoy the extensive view over the promenade towards the blue bay.

Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0.5 cubic meters of water per person per week 200 KWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumptions for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, rates will apply for the extra consumptions: The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay. Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Fast unlimited Wifi internet and TV are free of charge.

    “Schönes Appartement mit toller Aussicht auf die Bucht. Die Räume sind geräumig und haben alle eine hohe Decke. Der Balkon ist genug groß um abends zu grillen. Das Appartement liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße, die auch nachts ab und zu befahren wird.
    Duschen und WC sind eher klein und für nicht so schlanke Personen unpraktisch. Die Lage des Appartements ist nicht im Zentrum des Ortes und darum muss man schon zu Fuss 15 bis 20 Minuten einrechnen zum einkaufen oder essen gehen. Busse hat es jedoch genügend, eine Haltestelle ist 50 m entfernt vom Appartement. Ansonsten ist im Ort nicht viel los (Ende Oktober).”
