This charming semidetached villa is located in a semi-detached villa, quietly located near the unique fishing village of Moraira on the Costa Blanca, with a unique panoramic view over orange groves with the Mediterranean Sea in the background. With 2 bedrooms, this house is ideal for a family. From the private terrace you look towards the sea and below there is also a private garden. In addition to the sea, there is also water fun in the communal swimming pool, which is a 5-minute walk away.
Moraira is a lively fishing village with beautiful sand and pebble beaches, interspersed with nice bays. From the apartment you are in about 8 to 10 minutes drive in Moraira at the sea, the harbor and the boulevard with many nice restaurants. The largest beach, Platja del Ampollo, is located directly at the center. Platja de Portet is also close to the center.
